Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive regulatory, logistics and master data initiatives with global reach. You will translate complex requirements into clear actions and deliverables, coordinating with IT, QA and logistics teams across locations.

You’ll lead 3PL implementations, build business cases, and facilitate Steering Committees, while ensuring data accuracy and end-to-end process integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supply chain experience in logistics processes or master data.
• Project management experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Ability to work with IT systems and understand logistics processes and/or master data.
• Strong communication and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proactive mindset and ability to bring structure to ambiguous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver supply chain and regulatory implementation projects with global stakeholders.
• Lead third‑party logistics (3PL) implementations within Novo’s logistics setup, from building the business case to steering committees.
• Translate technical and process-heavy information into clear messages for structured decision-making.
• Support master data activities across logistics, product and outbound flows.
• Work closely with IT on integrations, system requirements and data‑related tasks.
• Coordinate stakeholders globally, clarifying must-have vs nice-to-have for end-to-end flows.
