Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a globally minded Vice President of Strategy & Transformation to shape and implement long-term strategy in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.

Based in Billund or Copenhagen, you will lead a ~40-person team spanning strategy development, business development, project and change management, and programme management, reporting to the CFO and translating priorities into tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in economics, finance or similar from top-tier university.
• Deep experience from a leading global management consultancy.
• Experience in internal strategy departments or FMCG/retail.
• Proven people leadership with track record.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Ability to switch between abstract strategy and operational detail.
• Ability to lead a broad, global agenda with prioritisation.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Bring data and insights to inform long-term thinking and direction.
• Lead projects from scoping to development of recommendations.
• Lead a large network of internal partners across cross-organisational projects.
• Oversee and report on all projects and participate in yearly planning.
• Provide direction and development to direct reports.
