• Proven track record in software process management.

• Willingness to travel internationally and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current software process workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization.
• Lead deployment of software processes across departments and ensure training/compliance.
• Ensure process compliance through audits and monitor quality standards across the organization.
