Job summary

DTU Physics in Lyngby invites applications for a part-time Student Assistant role supporting SPARKLE, a European research network on light and quantum materials. You will help keep partners, students and the public informed, document scientific output, and ensure visibility of achievements.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communication in the network, e.g. newsletters, announcements and updates of the SPARKLE website
• Keep the SPARKLE social media channels active by creating and posting content about the research, events and people in the network
• Collect and keep track of the scientific output from all partners, such as publications, conference contributions, datasets and outreach activities, so that it is ready for reporting to the European Commission
• Help plan and organise network events, such as workshops, training schools and network meetings, including practical coordination with partners and participants
• Assist with other administrative and coordination tasks related to the network
