Job summary

The Integrative Structural Biology cluster at the University of Copenhagen is seeking a student assistant to support communications tasks with effect from January 15, 2027. The position involves about 10 hours per week and a six-month contract.

You will create posters, banners and flyers for events, update LinkedIn and the CMS-based website, and assist with annual reports and newsletters, with a focus on clear science communication in English. Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Student status required (enrolled at a university)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Interest in science communication is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create posters, banners and flyers for ISBUC events.
• Update ISBUC’s SoMe accounts (LinkedIn).
• Update ISBUC’s website (CMS).
• Help prepare the ISBUC annual report.
• Help prepare the quarterly ISBUC newsletter.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance at events.
