Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Group Director, Global Retail to own the worldwide retail agenda, standards and capabilities across our store network. The role defines global retail direction and ensures execution across markets, shaping ECCO in stores globally.

You will lead the global framework, drive performance, and collaborate with regional leaders to enable omnichannel success, including digital commerce, CRM and loyalty initiatives. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior retail leadership experience in a global, retail-driven organisation.
• Proven track record of improving store performance through commercial initiatives.
• Experience defining retail standards, frameworks or operating models across markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
• Experience leading and developing international matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive ECCO's global retail strategy, standards and operating model across markets.
• Establish a clear framework for retail performance, productivity and commercial excellence.
• Lead the global visual merchandising and retail training agenda to strengthen execution.
• Partner with regional retail leaders to build capabilities, share best practices and improve store performance.
• Strengthen the connection between physical stores and ECCO's omnichannel ecosystem, including digital commerce, CRM and loyalty initiatives.
