Zusammenfassung

ECCO seeks a Group Director, Global Retail based in Copenhagen to own the global retail agenda, standards and performance across our store network. You will define the global retail framework, set direction and create the capabilities and measures that enable markets to succeed.

You will partner with regional leaders to build capabilities, drive adoption of standards, and strengthen the link between physical stores and ECCO’s omnichannel ecosystem, including digital commerce and CRM.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in senior retail leadership roles within global organisations.
• Proven track record of improving store performance through commercial and operational tactics.
• Experience setting retail standards or operating models across multiple markets.

• Establish a framework for retail performance, productivity and commercial excellence.
• Lead global visual merchandising and retail training to strengthen execution and customer experience.
