Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent required.
• About 2 years of experience in marketing, coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional material reviews as a Veeva PromoMats superuser.
• Coordinate events, congresses and trainings from planning to execution.
• Support development of marketing campaigns with brand leads and cross-functional teams.
• Handle vendor contracts in Coupa and signing via DocuSign; archiving.
• Support Sales with key messages and booking elements for promotions.
• Process invoices in ICE and associate cost center numbers.
