Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark is seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive cross-functional marketing execution across campaigns, congress planning, and promotional material reviews. You will coordinate with brand leads, Sales and Medical to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery with the highest quality.

The role focuses on ensuring compliant, on-brand campaigns, coordinating internal and external events, and supporting vendor relationships and invoicing processes.

Qualificações

• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent required.
• About 2 years of experience in marketing, coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage promotional material reviews as a Veeva PromoMats superuser.
• Coordinate events, congresses and trainings from planning to execution.
• Support development of marketing campaigns with brand leads and cross-functional teams.
• Handle vendor contracts in Coupa and signing via DocuSign; archiving.
• Support Sales with key messages and booking elements for promotions.
• Process invoices in ICE and associate cost center numbers.
