WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Denmark seeks a Refurbishment Business Development Manager to drive global commercialization of returned and refurbished hearing aids.

You will build compelling business cases, set pricing, and develop go-to-market plans while leading cross-functional initiatives from pilot to scale. This role offers a unique chance to advance circular economy goals and expand access to hearing care worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, product management, strategic marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in business-case development, pricing, go-to-market planning, and commercialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
• Experience working across regions and markets in a global matrix environment.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience within hearing care, medical devices, refurbished products, or circular business models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global commercialization strategy for refurbished hearing aids.
• Build business cases, assess market opportunities, and develop offers, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from pilot to large-scale implementation.
• Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for continuous growth.
• Collaborate with Business Lines, regional teams, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Service & Repair, and Sustainability.
• Build partnerships with distributors, retail channels, managed-care providers, and other commercial partners.
• Align stakeholders and influence decisions across a global matrix organization.
• Support WSA’s circular economy strategy through innovative and commercially viable business models.
