Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, user research, insights research, or a closely related field.
• Experience influencing product direction, roadmaps, or business decisions.
• Strong expertise in qualitative research, with experience in quantitative methods.
• Experience with generative research methods and full lifecycle management.
• Ability to synthesize insights across sources and communicate to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• University degree or equivalent in UX research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, roadmaps, and business priorities.
• Frame complex business challenges into clear research questions and actionable plans.
• Conduct generative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, exploratory studies) to uncover unmet user needs.
• Connect findings across projects to identify patterns and insights.
• Analyse quantitative data and behavioural insights, using Power BI where relevant.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, translating complex evidence into clear business implications.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders to complement usability testing.
• Build a proactive research agenda and improve research practices across the organisation.
