Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Quality AI Business Analyst & Enablement Lead to identify high-impact AI opportunities across Quality, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive initiatives from opportunity through pilot, deployment and scaling.

You will work across a global matrix organization to ensure responsible AI governance, stakeholder alignment, user adoption and measurable outcomes such as improved quality, reduced risk and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement, business analysis or digital transformation with AI-driven experience.
• Ability to apply data and AI tools (analytics, data modeling, generative AI, APIs) to assess opportunities.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data readiness and human oversight.
• Experience driving adoption and change in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic, outcome-driven mindset and ability to translate ambiguity into initiatives.
• Collaborative mindset across diverse disciplines and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI opportunity pipeline with stakeholders, prioritizing use cases by benefit, feasibility, data readiness, risk and cost.
• Translate opportunities into viable solutions: requirements, data needs and acceptance criteria with human oversight.
• Lead cross-functional AI delivery from definition through pilot, deployment and scaling.
• Enable adoption: train and support users, define ownership and support structures.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, IP, safety and measurable benefits.
