Job summary

Novo is seeking an AI Solution Lead in Quality AI to turn opportunities into accountable AI-enabled applications for regulated pharmaceutical processes. You will own initiatives from problem definition to adoption, combining hands-on development with leadership across processes and stakeholders.

You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with process owners and IT, and guide teams to deliver trusted AI solutions that meet strict quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience leading AI/ML initiatives or working on AI products with direct delivery responsibility.
• Practical experience building with LLMs and coding.
• Experience turning business problems into technical solutions and explaining trade-offs.
• Ability to influence business leaders and drive decisions.
• Ownership when requirements are unclear and decisive.
• Clear communication and curiosity about pharmaceutical quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives in Quality AI from discovery to adoption.
• Identify opportunities with process owners and define success criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers, quality experts, and IT to remove blockers.
• Shape architecture and guide model, data, integrations, and evaluation decisions.
• Prototype, code, and troubleshoot when needed to drive delivery.
• Define acceptance criteria and use evidence to steer development and deployment.
