Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Quality AI Business Analyst & Enablement Lead to identify high‑impact AI opportunities in Quality, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive initiatives from opportunity definition through pilot, deployment and scaling.

You will operate at the intersection of Quality, business, and technology to ensure solutions address real business needs with governance and measurable impact.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
5+ years’ experience in process improvement or digital transformation with AI-driven business development.
Ability to apply data and AI tools to assess opportunities and requirements.
Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data readiness and human oversight.
Experience driving adoption, enablement and change in a complex matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Own the Quality AI opportunity pipeline and assess AI use cases.
Translate opportunities into viable solutions with clear requirements.
Lead AI initiatives from pilot to deployment and scaling.
Enable adoption with training and clear ownership.
Ensure governance, privacy, safety and measure benefits.
