Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced professional to own and drive the enterprise-wide third party risk management programme at our HQ in Denmark. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, align due diligence processes, and lead cross functional projects with legal, procurement, sustainability and other teams across geographies to strengthen our ethics and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience working within compliance, legal, risk management or a related area, preferably in a large international organisation.
• Experience with third party risk management, integrity due diligence, compliance programmes or related risk areas.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
• Experience driving projects and initiatives independently from concept through implementation.
• Build trust and credibility through strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Align and standardise existing due diligence processes
• Establish risk-based due diligence processes and risk assessment methodologies
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures and controls
• Drive cross-functional projects involving operational teams, legal, procurement, sustainability and others
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders globally and act as a trusted advisor on third party risk matters
• Monitor and assess emerging regulatory developments and industry best practices
• Prepare analyses, recommendations and decision-making materials for senior management
• Develop reporting and governance processes that enhance visibility and oversight of third party risks
• Identify opportunities to improve the programme and drive continuous development
• Contribute to the broader activities and priorities of the Group Sustainability & Compliance function
