Job summary

Satair is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support the Global Customer Resolution Services (CRS) team in Copenhagen. You will coordinate workshops, align across regions, and help drive strategic CRS initiatives while ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.

You will report to the Global HO CRS and contribute to data analytics, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across our international Airbus services network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 year operational background within Customer Services, Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Experience in aviation industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of CRS in daily business with planning, agenda preparation and follow-up.
• Conduct internal/external research and analysis on dedicated topics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate global CRS team activities and cross-regional alignment with leadership.
• Manage internal/external communications and enhance visibility of the CRS team.
• Assist with Order2Invoice data analytics and related project management tasks.
