Job summary

Demant A/S is seeking a senior Product Program Manager (PPM) for Outsourcing in Denmark. You will lead end-to-end product delivery to market, ensuring releases align with strategic roadmap, business cases, and KPIs.

The role reports to the VP of Program Management and shapes outsourcing strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide the outsourcing program governance, drive supplier negotiations, and manage integration into the Demant ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outsourcing programs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive governance, quality systems, and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management across suppliers, finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct the outsourcing program management team for time, scope and budget.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery aligned with roadmap and business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance.
• Oversee budgeting and financial follow-ups.
• Plan integration of external deliverables into core Demant products.
• Provide executive progress reports to VP and boards.
• Drive continuous improvement of outsourcing methodologies.
