Job summary

Demant is seeking a strategic Product Program Manager (PPM) for Outsourcing to lead end-to-end product delivery and ensure joint releases align with the roadmap, business cases, and quality KPIs. The role reports to the Vice President of Program Management, guiding outsourcing strategy, governance, and supplier engagements across a five-person senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will drive time, scope, and budget accountability, manage budgets, and deliver executive reports.

Qualifications

• Extensive program management experience in product development.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading outsourcing initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct outsourcing program management team leadership.
• Ensure programs meet time, scope and budget.
• Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Oversee budgeting and business case optimization.
• Plan integration of external deliveries into Demant products.
• Provide executive reporting to VP and boards.
• Improve outsourcing methodologies and frameworks.
