Job summary

Demant is seeking a Product Program Manager (PPM) for Outsourcing to lead end-to-end delivery of products, align joint releases with strategic roadmaps and KPIs, and drive outsourcing governance across the organization.

You will oversee time, scope, and budget, manage supplier relations, and report to the VP of Program Management, shaping the outsourcing strategy in a high-impact, global role.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder management across internal departments and external partners.
• Mastery of risk management, finance management, change management and cross-functional leadership.
• SAFe certification or practical expertise in Leading SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the outsourcing program management team, driving accountability for time, scope, and budget.
• Manage programs end-to-end in compliance with the Outsourcing Process and QMS.
• Lead supplier selection, conduct complex contract negotiations, and oversee supplier deliverables.
• Manage budgeting, continuous financial follow-ups, and business case optimization.
• Plan and execute the integration of external deliveries into the Demant product and business ecosystem.
• Deliver transparent progress reports to the VP of Program Management and governing boards.
• Refine and optimize global outsourcing methodologies and frameworks.
