Job summary

Demant is seeking a strategic Product Program Manager (PPM) for Outsourcing to lead end-to-end product delivery and ensure joint releases align with the roadmap, business cases, and quality KPIs. The role reports to the Vice President of Program Management, guiding outsourcing strategy, governance, and supplier engagements across a five-person senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will drive time, scope, and budget accountability, manage budgets, and deliver executive reports.

Demant is offering an essential, business-critical role within one of our largest business areas. As our newProduct Program Manager (PPM) for Outsourcing, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of products to the market. You will ensure everyjointrelease aligns perfectly with our strategic roadmap, business cases, and strict quality KPIs.

Join Program Management

You will join a high-performing team of five senior leaders and report directly to the Vice President of Program Management. In this influential position, you will shape our outsourcing strategy, process, and governance.

As the primary gatekeeper for outsourcingprograms, you will hold approval authority according to our Quality Management System (QMS). You will ensure all joint releases seamlessly meet our demanding business criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership:Direct the outsourcing program management team, driving accountability for time, scope, and budget.
• Process Governance:Manage programs end-to-end in compliance with our internal Outsourcing Process and QMS.
• Vendor & Contract Management:Lead supplier selection,conductcomplex contract negotiations, and oversee supplier deliverables.
• Financial Oversight:Manage budgeting, continuous financial follow-ups, and business case optimization.
• Integration & Alignment:Plan and execute the integration of external deliveries into the core Demant product and business ecosystem.
• Executive Reporting:Deliver transparent progress reports to the VP of Program Management and governing boards.
• Continuous Improvement:Refine and optimize our global outsourcing methodologies and frameworks.
