FLSmidth in Denmark is seeking a Global Product Line Manager - Screens to lead the Screens portfolio, deliver growth and margin, and collaborate across Regions, R&D and Procurement in a global remit. Reporting to Head of Screens & Centrifuge Lifecycle, this role offers flexible location and a chance to shape product strategy, pricing, and service offerings for mining technology.

You'll need an engineering or science background, a track record in service growth and strong leadership, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering or science; masters highly regarded.
• Proven track record in service business growth and global product strategy.
• Strong commercial, financial and legal acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Screens Global Product Line to meet OI, revenue, CM and EBITA targets.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development roadmap and new offerings.
• Develop commercial strategy with Regions and Product Specialists.
• Coordinate with engineering and execution functions for Service Line products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Set and enforce global pricing aligned with pricing guidance.
• Maximize margin while supporting top-line targets and cost-efficient supply chain.
• Partner with regional sales on growth strategies.
• Define inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies with Procurement.
• Collaborate with Product & System and other Service Lines on retrofits, services, digital offerings.
• Improve manufacturing quality and cost with Procurement & Operations.
• Lead Service Line team with accountability and development.
• Manage global installed base data.
