Job summary

FLSmidth is building a new global Crushing, Screening & Sizing business line and seeks a leader to build and manage a global dealer network across markets. You start with a blank sheet, backed by an established portfolio and a multi-brand parts business.

Your responsibilities include identifying and appointing distribution partners, defining territory strategies, negotiating dealer agreements, and growing order intake.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership in mining, aggregates or industrial equipment.
• Track record of building or transforming an international dealer network.
• Understanding of dealer economics, agreements and territory management.
• Experience selling capital equipment and aftermarket through third parties.
• Evidence of building a commercial function from the ground up.
• Experience leading international teams across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage FLSmidth's global dealer network for crushing and screening.
• Identify, appoint and develop distribution partners in priority markets.
• Define with the product verticals where dealers are the right route to market.
• Negotiate dealer agreements covering territory, terms, stocking and governance.
• Develop the dealer playbook: selection, onboarding, training, review and exit.
• Grow dealer order intake, coverage and pipeline across the portfolio.
• Build dealer capability in product, application, service and aftermarket.
• Lead the dealer team and work closely with our regional sales organisations.
