ABB Robotics seeks a senior product leader to manage the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio, turning digital and AI capabilities into scalable products. You will define offerings for targeted markets and steer lifecycle management with ABB Robotics stakeholders in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products within industrial automation, robotics or related industries.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field – MBA is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, Data Analytics and digital service business models – with a track record of commercializing technology at scale.

• Own and execute the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead, inspire and develop a global team with accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Accelerate AI, Generative AI, Data Analytics and Physical AI adoption across the portfolio.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, start-ups, venture capital and acquisition opportunities.
• Drive profitability and lifecycle management of the portfolio across pricing, market positioning and phase decisions.
