Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Denmark seeks a Global Pricing Specialist to drive pricing as a core discipline. You will develop global pricing processes and reporting, align price structures, and deliver insights to management for informed decisions.

This role reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Business Development and is based in Hedehusene with travel. Responsibilities include ownership of pricing processes, key global projects like a new pricing engine, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pricing management in global B2B manufacturing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing pricing projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with pricing analytics, modelling and market research.
• Hands-on experience with pricing software and ERP systems (PROS, SAP).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the global pricing strategy.
• Own pricing processes, policies, tools and reporting across RO CKWOL group for global rollout.
• Lead global pricing projects including a new pricing engine development and implementation.
• Consolidate pricing performance, market trends and benchmarks for senior management.
• Act as centre of excellence for pricing topics and govern price discipline and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Management to improve profitability.
• Support department budget processes and cross‑functional governance.
