Job summary

WhiteBIT is seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead global public relations efforts and shape the brand across key regional markets. You will advise executives, craft strategic messaging, and oversee campaigns from concept to execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, legal, and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant communications and measurable outcomes on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public relations and communications.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies across markets.
• Strong understanding of media relations, reputation management, and storytelling.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with ability to measure impact and improve performance.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable, measurable results.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in international or multi-market environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of PR strategies for global and regional markets.
• Advise executives and internal teams on communications strategies and key messaging.
• Plan, manage, and oversee PR campaigns from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and leadership to align initiatives.
• Manage external PR agencies with clear briefs and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prepare spokespeople for public appearances.
• Monitor media coverage and trends to inform proactive planning.
• Prepare press releases, statements, talking points, and briefings.
• Tailor messaging for regional markets while maintaining global narrative.
• Build relationships with media and external partners to maximize coverage.
• Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support crisis communications with timely, accurate messaging.
• Perform additional duties to support WhiteBIT’s goals.
