Job summary

Hobbii in Copenhagen HQ is seeking a seasoned D2C Creative Strategist to own cross-channel creative strategy and production systems for global marketing. You will shape high-converting campaigns across paid social, organic content, and CRM with modular, Lego-block assets used in 11 markets.

You’ll lead a Creative Producer, collaborate with editors and influencers, and translate data into winning briefs. Fluent English and legal to work in Denmark are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or content direction.
• Proven track record of high-performing creative with metrics impact.
• Hands-on expertise briefing short-form vertical video for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports or external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-channel creative strategy for paid social, organic, and CRM; maintain a learnings log of what works and why.
• Write precise briefs for shoot, creator, and edit across three production routes: in-house capture, creator production, and external editors.
• Direct Creative Producer and manage external editors; collaborate with Influencer Marketing Manager on UGC setups.
• Co-run performance reviews to translate channel data into the next round of briefs.
• Guard the brand's tone, visual identity, shoot specs, and template sets across outputs.
