Job summary

Scandinavian Biolabs in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own video, motion and 3D creative across paid and social channels. This hands-on role focuses on advertising creative, measuring success by viewership, engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate with paid media, brand, content and product teams, bringing in-house video and 3D capabilities and shaping multiple variants for testing across markets. Relocation to Copenhagen encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating advertising creative for paid channels, in-house at a DTC or e‑commerce brand or at a performance‑led agency.
• Strong video editing for paid and social: Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
• Strong motion design skills in After Effects.
• 3D skills in Blender, Cinema 4D or similar: modelling, lighting, texturing and rendering product‑level work.
• A portfolio with real campaign work, ideally with context on the goal, audience, platform and outcome.
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate, and an understanding of how creative choices affect them.
• Experience producing multiple variations for A/B testing at pace.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
• Fluent in English, and comfortable discussing creative decisions and campaign feedback openly.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a creative workflow.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Video and short-form: Create short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels: hooks, pacing, subtitles, CTA placement and platform-native formats.
• Edit UGC, creator and founder-led footage into performance-focused ads.
• Turn a single shoot into multiple variants across placements, markets and funnel stages.
• Produce product explainers and mechanism-of-action videos.
• Animated statics, kinetic typography, animated banners and display units.
• Build reusable motion templates so variants can be produced quickly and consistently.
• Visualise results and product claims clearly and accurately.
