Hobbii in Copenhagen invites a hands-on paid social specialist to own global customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will design experiments, set winning angles, and manage budgets with autonomy.

You should have 1–4 years in D2C/e‑commerce paid social, be fluent in English, and proficient with Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify; Klaviyo a plus. This role sits at our Copenhagen HQ with a fast-paced, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of paid social experience in D2C or e‑commerce.
• Experience managing a meaningful monthly budget.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience with GA4 and Shopify; Klaviyo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Media Planning & Buying: Build, launch, scale, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest within ROAS, POAS, and nCAC guardrails.
• Rapid Creative Experimentation: Structure variables, sample sizes, and durations before launch to deliver decision-grade results.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: Produce recurring performance reads with actionable direction for the creative team.
• Operational Rigor: Manage daily budget pacing, account health, and pixel tracking across markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-lead reviews to align paid social with Influencer, Organic, and CRM teams.
