Job summary

Hobbii in Copenhagen HQ is seeking a D2C Creative Strategist to own cross-channel creative strategy and production system, shaping campaigns across paid social, organic content, and CRM. You’ll lead modular content, provide briefs for in-house and external editors, and collaborate with Influencer Marketing on UGC setups, while maintaining brand tone and identity.

This role emphasizes data-driven testing, win rates, CAC impact, and scalable assets across 11 markets, with on-site work in Denmark

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative, strategy, or content direction in D2C e-commerce with paid social as core growth driver.
• Proven track record of high-performing creative with clear metrics (conversion, CAC impact).
• Hands-on briefing short-form vertical video for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest including UGC and modular editing.
• Leadership experience mentoring a Creative Producer and directing external agencies/editors.
• Data fluency and ability to read ad-platform metrics; English fluency and work onsite in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-channel creative strategy for paid social, organic, and CRM with a scalable learnings log.
• Write precise briefs for shoot, creator, and edit across in-house capture, creator production, and external editors.
• Lead our Creative Producer and coordinate with influencers on UGC setups.
• Run recurring performance reviews with the marketing team to drive next-test briefs.
• Guard brand voice, visuals, shoot specs, and template sets across output.
