Job summary

Nammo is seeking a Program Manager to connect People & Culture priorities with structured delivery. You will work with the SVP and regional teams across the organization, maintaining progress, dependencies, and risk visibility to drive strategic outcomes.

The role focuses on translating priorities into actionable plans, coordinating stakeholders across functions and locations, and enabling effective decision-making through reports and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience turning broad priorities into plans and following up on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Experience facilitating discussions with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Experience in international organizations or change/implementation work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear view of progress, dependencies, and risks across the People & Culture roadmap.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and follow up on decisions and commitments.
• Prepare progress reports and decision materials for leadership forums.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, workshops, and annual planning processes.
• Lead development and execution of the People & Culture communication plan.
• Drive initiatives across functions and locations, aligning stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
• Identify risks and follow up actions to address them.
