Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Global Offshore Project Planner to shape the planning for world-scale offshore wind projects. You will build and maintain integrated schedules to support on-time delivery across a global offshore portfolio, working closely with PMs, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams.

You will lead scenario analyses, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met while navigating complex international operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in project planning for large offshore/industrial projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 schedule development, logic, and dependencies.
Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimise schedules for large offshore wind projects aligned with milestones.
Perform scenario planning and what-if analyses for risks and resource constraints.
Collaborate with PMs, Contract Managers, Engineering and Construction to resolve planning challenges.
Coordinate planning inputs across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance.
Monitor progress, analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
Align priorities and critical path activities to ensure timely execution.
Communicate with stakeholders to keep programmes on track.
