You will work with senior management and stakeholders to bridge strategy and delivery, developing problem-solving and presentation skills while contributing to the company’s long-term ambitions.

You will gather and analyze data from internal and external sources, identify opportunities, manage key stakeholders, and prepare compelling materials

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, or strategy and business development from major companies, preferably with experience in the energy space.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to distil key insights from large amounts of information.
• Willingness to learn, can-do mindset, and personal drive to contribute to climate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and driving strategic projects across the business, applying structured problem solving and developing top-down storylines.
• Gathering, researching, and analysing quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources, translating complex information into clear insights.
• Identifying organisational opportunities and challenges to shape scope and direction of initiatives.
• Managing key stakeholders to drive project progress and ensure alignment.
• Building and preparing high-quality presentations and decision materials for senior management teams.
