Job summary

RWE is seeking an Operations Engineer, Asset Planner to lead mid- and long-term planning and optimisation of service campaigns and retrofit activities at the Thor Offshore Wind Farm. You will work with operations engineers and stakeholders to establish robust plans, monitor delivery, and coordinate corrective actions to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Background in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms with planning responsibilities.
• Experience with digital software solutions used in offshore wind, such as SAP PM.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proactive, structured, and analytical planning and problem-solving.
• Strong awareness of occupational health and safety requirements.
• Ability and fitness to work offshore and at height occasionally.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish language skills considered an advantage; live within commuting distance of Thorsminde.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- and long-term planning and optimisation of service campaigns and retrofit activities.
• Develop and communicate campaign programmes to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on campaign progress, analyse deviations, and coordinate corrective measures.
• Act as site focal point for planning-related digital tools (SAP PM).
• Coordinate with central functions to support Danish permit, certification, and statutory inspections compliance.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability initiatives within operations.
• Identify operational synergies across the offshore fleet.
• Ensure activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
