Zealand Pharma A/S in Denmark seeks a Senior Director, Alliance Management to evolve partnerships from governance to maximizing value across the asset lifecycle, from early science through development, regulatory approval, launch and lifecycle management. The role reports to the SVP for Alliance Management and offers a path to shape a company-wide partner-to-market proposition.

You will lead strategic assessments, drive cross-functional alignment between Zealand teams and external partners,

Competenze

• 10+ years in biopharma or big pharma in partnering, alliance management, or development roles.
• Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization from regulatory to launch and market access.
• Strong deal acumen, including partnership economics and deal thesis development.
• Understanding US market dynamics shaping partnered strategies; China market exp a plus.
• Experience challenging early science with end-product focus, obesity/metabolic health preferred.
