Job summary

Saxo Bank in Copenhagen invites a Market Data Analyst Student Assistant to join the Global Market Data Management team. You will maintain real-time reference data across jurisdictions and support data extraction, analysis and reporting for exchanges and data providers.

You will collaborate across regions, demonstrate attention to detail, work with Excel, SQL and Python, and help improve processes in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Final year in bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science or related field.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control real-time multi-asset reference data.
• Support data extraction and analysis.
• Contribute to process and system improvements.
• Support contractual reporting to exchanges and data providers.
• Meet strict timelines in a fast-paced trading environment.
