Job summary

Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service, seeks a Service Project Manager to plan, oversee and control service projects in Refrigeration and HVAC for marine and offshore customers. You will join dedicated engineers handling many small projects on ships and platforms worldwide, with a hands-on, service-minded approach.

You will own projects end-to-end, work with the Service Sales Team to spot opportunities, and ensure alignment with scope while delivering quality at the right price.

Qualifications

• Structured and proactive communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to perform system design and price calculations for full scope onboard ships.
• Experience managing multiple smaller projects with quick decision-making.
• Educational background in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering.
• Experience with marine Refrigeration, HVAC or automation is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned service projects from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Service Sales Team to identify upsell opportunities within scope.
• Ensure operational and financial performance and mitigate risk across projects.
