Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager Manufacturing Technology to shape standardized, ISA95-compliant manufacturing systems worldwide from Nordborg, Denmark. You will drive MES/MOM standards, support global projects, and improve data quality across sites, with a focus on traceability and production visibility.

The role blends manufacturing, IT, and automation, offering collaboration with sites, suppliers, and internal teams while enabling scalable digital production globally under LEAP2030

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing systems, production technology, or industrial digitalization.
• Hands-on knowledge of MES/MOM, production IT systems, and databases.
• Background in manufacturing environments such as automation-driven production.
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams in English.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration; SAP/PLM/Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global manufacturing system standards (MES/MOM & interfaces).
• Lead and support global system projects, stabilizing production systems and improving data quality.
• Develop and optimize operator guidance, traceability, and database solutions.
• Collaborate with production sites, IT, automation teams, and suppliers to roll out digital solutions.
• Support and train Production Engineers and Maintenance teams for smooth operation.
