Maersk in Aarhus is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to support our key clients with seamless logistics and a clear, confident service experience. You will be the primary point of contact, understand each customer’s needs, and guide them through their operations with consistency and care.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor performance, and drive improvements to the customer journey while leveraging digital tools to simplify daily tasks.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Show an interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
• Pharma or cold chain experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their business priorities.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth execution across the supply chain from booking to delivery.
• Monitor service performance and address disruptions proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
• Encourage and support customers in using digital tools that simplify daily operations.
