Job summary

atNorth is seeking a Leadership & Learning Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the Leadership, Learning & Development function. You will own our LMS and SharePoint hubs, ensure cohorts run on time, and keep training records audit-ready while coordinating across countries and time zones.

You will design visuals, newsletters, and training materials, support onboarding for new leaders, and help shape scalable processes in a fast-growing digital infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development coordination or HR operations
• Qualification in business administration, HR or related field
• Experience in multi-country organization is a plus
• Experience with LMS/SharePoint or similar tools is advantageous
• Strong design eye for clear visuals in training materials
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with reliability
• Clear, professional communication and accountability
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule leadership cohorts across countries/time zones
• Handle vendor logistics for in-person and virtual sessions
• Own LMS: user accounts, enrollments, content and links
• Keep SharePoint hubs fresh and easy to navigate
• Administer 360 feedback surveys (HiBob)
• Develop leadership and People & Culture content
• Run the monthly leadership newsletter and online information meetings
• Support onboarding for new leaders
• Map training requirements by role/country/site and track certifications
• Maintain audit-ready training records and manage learning provider contracts
