Responsibilities

• Set the professional and scientific direction for the dosimetry facility, translating expertise into new opportunities and high-quality services.
• Position the facility at the international forefront of industrial and medical dosimetry through identifying emerging needs and technologies.
• Lead the team in accordance with DTU's leadership principles, fostering trust, collaboration, accountability and excellence.
• Exercise visible people leadership for a team of ~10 employees and support well-being, performance and development.
• Ensure continued development and delivery of high-quality dosimetry services and collaborations with industrial customers, healthcare organisations and international partners.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resources, budgets and priorities; support innovation and business development from dosimetry research and capabilities.
