Job summary

Ardos ApS is hiring a Clinical Solutions Manager to bridge clinical users, researchers, and the DoseTracker development team. You’ll shape adoption workflows and drive a scalable global rollout from early clinical use to widespread impact.

You’ll work with radiotherapy departments, medical physicists, and software developers to translate clinical needs into practical workflows and product improvements, with travel to international partner sites expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with IGRT, motion management, or adaptive radiotherapy workflows.
• Strong understanding of clinical radiotherapy processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills.
• Ability to map clinical needs to practical software-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical users, researchers, and the Ardos team.
• Support rollout of DoseTracker at partner sites and clinical settings.
• Lead onboarding, training, and implementation activities across regions.
• Translate clinical feedback into product requirements and improvements.
• Collaborate with clinicians to validate workflows and adoption strategies.
• Contribute to clinical validation, presentations, and scientific dissemination.
• Travel internationally to work directly with clinical partners.
