Qualifications

• Proactive and independent problem-solver.
• Willing to ask when unclear and learn on the job.

• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory and basic networks is an advantage.
• Experience helping others with IT challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user questions and provide clear, actionable IT help.
• Monitor IT hardware stock and deployment of laptops.
• Register hardware in internal systems and onboard new colleagues.
• Create wiki-guides to help users and share knowledge.
• Assist with setting up screens, docking stations and meeting rooms.
• Engage with global users and contribute to IT support initiatives.
• Stay curious and ask questions to continuously improve IT solutions.
