Job summary

DHI Group (India) in Hørsholm invites you to join its Global IT support team as an IT support trainee. You will assist users worldwide, learn incident handling, and gain hands-on experience in a global company.

This trainee role focuses on practical IT support, hardware deployment, wiki-guides, and helping new colleagues get started with laptops and systems. Fluency in English and Danish, readiness to learn, and good time management are valued as you develop essential technical and customer

Qualifications

Currently in the main part (Hovedforløb) of IT Support education (or starting soon) and seeking praktik.
Assisted family or friends with IT issues and familiar with basic IT tasks.
Self-paced with good time management and a service mindset.
Willing to talk to users and improve IT skills.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, basic network setups, and troubleshooting.
Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

Respond to user questions and provide helpful answers or route to a colleague.
Monitor IT hardware stock and deployment of laptops.
Register hardware in internal system and introduce new colleagues to their laptops.
Create wiki-guides and assist with setting up screens, docking stations, and meeting rooms.
Engage with global users and learn through practical IT support experience.
