Ambu A/S in Ballerup, Denmark, seeks an experienced Project Manager for EndoIntelligence Solutions within Global R&D. You will lead a strategic development project, coordinating internal teams and external partners to drive planning, execution, and delivery from concept through to handover.

The role requires a technical engineering degree, strong leadership, and fluent English. You will work across regions, maintain governance, and ensure compliance with Ambu's quality system and regulatory

Qualificações

• Technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading the development of complex medical device hardware (electronics, mechanics, embedded systems).
• Experience collaborating with external development partners and suppliers on deliverables, timelines and risk management.
• Experience across regions and cultures, building effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional development project through all phases of product development.
• Drive planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of scope, timeline, budget, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines and key stakeholders.
• Manage collaboration with external development partners and suppliers.
• Support governance activities, including Steering Committee reviews and decision-making forums.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet Ambu quality system and regulatory requirements.
• Create transparency and alignment across the project team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
