Job summary

Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive an IT project with multiple internal and external stakeholders, delivering within go-live dates and budgets. The role involves coordinating scoping, planning, execution, and delivery in close collaboration with a global vendor and senior stakeholders.

You will guide project teams through risk planning, dependencies, and monthly reporting to Steercos and Leadership, ensuring alignment with Nordic RCC’s goals

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a BA or MA in IT with strong project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with an IT vendor.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scoping, planning, execution and delivery of IT projects.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and progress reporting to internal and external steerco.
• Manage budget, forecast, and financial updates with vendor milestones.
• Ensure risk management, dependencies, and governance across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee handover to operations during go-live transitions.
