Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a Head of Corporate IT in Denmark to lead a global IT function serving the Foundation, Novo Holdings and affiliated initiatives. The role reports to the CFO and drives IT strategy, operating model evolution and investment alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior IT leadership experience, broad expertise across operations, architecture, security and major projects, and a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Senior corporate IT leader with extensive leadership experience in a complex, international IT environment.
• Broad expertise across IT operations, infrastructure, architecture, cyber security and major IT projects.
• Strong governance, strategic portfolio management, financial oversight, sourcing arrangements and information security.
• Experience in organisational transformation and leading leaders through change while maintaining stability.
• Collaborative, service-oriented leadership with ability to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the Corporate IT organisation and its leaders while fostering trust and empowerment.
• Ensuring stable, secure global IT operations with a scalable service model across regions.
• Providing strategic oversight of IT Architecture, Cyber Security and project portfolio.
• Owning Corporate IT financial performance, sourcing and vendor management for value delivery.
• Building partnerships with executive leadership to align IT with business priorities.
