Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to own global Level 1 support coordination, service-management, and supplier governance for Research IT across locations.

You will drive onboarding of MSP, manage supplier relations, and lead cross-organisational initiatives across Denmark, the UK, China, and the US while maintaining structure and momentum in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Senior IT project management experience in global or complex organisations.
• Experience with external suppliers, contract expectations, and issues.
• Solid understanding of IT service management incl. incident/problem management.
• Strong leadership, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent, pragmatic working style with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of the selected managed-service provider.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract expectations.
• Establish and improve incident, problem, change and support processes.
