Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Manager level Individual Contributor to join its Global Insights Center of Excellence. You will lead innovation and content research journeys for various audiences, manage external agencies, and work closely with Global Insights partners.

A flexible hybrid setup is offered with 3 days in Billund and 2 days remote. Travel of 20–40 days is expected, and relocation support is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience from a research agency, consultancy, or insights management function in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights journeys.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and content research journeys across different audiences.
• Drive innovative research approaches and contribute to developing guidelines.
• Manage partnerships with external research agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with Global Insights Business Partners and internal teams.
• Define insights and research needs aligned with the innovation strategy.
• Act as a change agent within the Global Insights team and ecosystem.
