Job summary

The Novo Nordisk Foundation invites motivated Bachelor’s or Master’s students to join its Global Health team for a spring 2027 internship. This full-time, on-site role runs up to five months and offers hands-on experience in project design, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation within a leading philanthropic foundation.

Based in Tuborg Havn, Hellerup, you will work under supervision to shape strategic initiatives, contribute to advocacy efforts, and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at a Danish university.
• Experience in global health, development studies or related fields.
• Strong communications and ability to produce briefing materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Copilot.
• Proficiency in English; Danish language skills not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for global health initiatives.
• Conduct landscape analyses and literature reviews.
• Deliver briefing materials and presentations for leadership.
• Track progress and contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Support advocacy activities and stakeholder engagement.
