Job summary
Novo Nordisk Foundation seeks a Program Impact intern in Denmark for spring 2027, full-time up to six months. You will contribute to the evaluation and evidence base behind the Foundation's health, sustainability, and life sciences work, while developing skills in impact assessment, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in relevant fields; graduated students will not be considered.
- Interest in biology, biotechnology and biosolutions for planetary health.
- Experience with programme evaluation, impact assessment or evidence-based approaches to food/health systems in LMICs (desirable).
- Proficiency in English (written and oral); Danish not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retrospective reviews and efficacy assessments across Biotechnology, Agriculture & Food, Natural Science, and Technical Science.
- Develop and apply evaluation frameworks and indicators to measure outcomes and impact.
- Interview internal and external stakeholders for 360-degree assessments.
- Synthesize lessons learned to inform future funding decisions.
