Job summary

The Novo Nordisk Foundation Biotechnology team is seeking a Program Impact intern for a full-time internship during the spring semester 2027 (up to six months). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and evidence base behind the Foundation's work in health, sustainability, and life sciences, while developing your skills in impact assessment, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme related to biotechnology, biology or interdisciplinary studies.
• Interest in programme evaluation, impact assessment or evidence-based approaches to health and planetary systems.
• Strong English communication; Danish not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retrospective reviews and efficacy assessments of funded programs across Biotechnology, Agriculture & Food, Natural Science and Technical Science.
• Develop and apply evaluation frameworks and indicators to measure outcomes and impact.
• Perform interviews with internal and external stakeholders for a 360-degree assessment.
• Synthesize lessons learned to inform future program decisions.
